LSH Management was created to offer a 360 degree business model for artists in the fast changing music industry.

Having previously created one of the most successful pre-production rehearsal complexes in the UK, hosting top international acts such as Rudimental, Rita Ora and Tom Odell, the team of creatives are now leveraging their skills and resource to forge a new style of talent management company.

Our current roster includes Southend based Dirty Pop band ARCAVES who were BBC Introducing Essex’s “Sound of 2017” and Music Week Presents. Their current single “Familiar Stranger” was Record of the Day and also Record of the Week.
