The founder has been in the music industry for 15 years, working on projects with majors and smaller independents.
Our Managing Director comes from an international sales background. She is the guardian at the gate.
The face of LSH Management comes from running a rehearsal complex (one of the largest pre-production music complexes in London). She could be found feeding visiting artists and production crew with her lemon drizzle cake. Now, she heads up talent management at LSH Management.
